「残念ながら、次回の宿泊は考えられません。」
朝食の種類が多かったこと。
問題点は多くあるので絞って記載します。 1. 宿泊前にBooking.com のサイトから3回ほど質問をeメールでホテルに送信しましたが、返信が1回もありませんでした。 2. 15:00にチェックインしたかったのですが、インターネット不良で、システムが使えず結局16:00過ぎまで待たされました。仕方ないかもしれませんが、その時お詫びの言葉が全くありませんでした。 3.客室のレースカーテンが大きく破れていたこと、窓際に以前の客が捨てたと思われるタバコの吸殻が多く落ちていて見た目が悪くがっかりしました。 4.バスローブを借りましたが、その内のひとつに帯が無く、交換してもらいましたが再度来たローブにも帯がありませんでした。 以上、もう少し清掃、メンテナンス及び社員研修など行うべきです。

「もう少し便利だったらまた利用したいです！」
少々古いホテルでしたが、ジョージタウンに位置していてよかったです。今回は利用しませんでしたが、プールも建物に囲まれていて落ち着きそうな感じでした。近くにはコンビニがありました。
朝食会場が少し暗い雰囲気でした。（内容的には金額相応です）近くにもう少しレストランがあれば便利でした。
